These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arukah Project Management Consulting, LLC. website and the purchase of any services offered by Arukah Project Management Consulting, LLC. ("Arukah," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for project-based and retainer engagements are outlined in a formal proposal and engagement agreement provided to each client prior to the commencement of work.
The Executive Strategic Consultation is a paid, fixed-price service offered at $147 USD. Upon purchase, the client will receive access to a pre-session intake questionnaire, a 60-minute virtual strategy session with a senior Arukah consultant, and a written strategic assessment delivered within 48 hours of the session.
The consultation fee is non-refundable once the session has been attended. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice forfeits the session fee.
Clients who confirm a project-based or retainer engagement with Arukah within 30 days of their consultation session will have the $147 consultation fee applied as a credit toward that engagement.
Project-based and retainer engagements are governed by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work. That agreement will outline the scope of services, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, and termination provisions specific to the engagement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall govern.
Payment for the Executive Strategic Consultation is due in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Arukah does not store payment card information.
Payment terms for project-based and retainer engagements are specified in the applicable engagement agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
The Executive Strategic Consultation fee of $147 is non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to cancel, we will issue a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session at our discretion.
Refund terms for project-based and retainer engagements are specified in the applicable engagement agreement.
Arukah treats all client information shared during consultations and engagements as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.
Clients agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials shared by Arukah during an engagement as confidential and not to reproduce or distribute such materials without prior written consent.
All content on the Arukah Project Management Consulting, LLC. website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Arukah Project Management Consulting, LLC. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Arukah.
Deliverables produced specifically for a client during a paid engagement are provided to the client for their own organizational use. Arukah retains the right to use anonymized frameworks and methodologies developed during engagements for future client work.
Arukah's consulting services are provided based on professional judgment and experience. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. The effectiveness of any recommendations depends on numerous factors within the client's control, including implementation, organizational capacity, and market conditions.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arukah Project Management Consulting, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Arukah in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Arukah Project Management Consulting, LLC. operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms or any engagement agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Arukah and the client.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in accordance with the legal requirements of the relevant jurisdiction. Specific governing law provisions will be outlined in individual engagement agreements where applicable.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
