Yes. Clients who confirm a project-based or retainer engagement within 30 days of their consultation have the $147 fee applied as a credit toward that engagement.

The Executive Strategic Consultation fee of $147 is non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session and we will issue a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled session. We understand that organizational priorities shift. Termination terms for project-based and retainer engagements are outlined clearly in the engagement agreement signed before work begins. We handle early terminations professionally and with the client's best interests in mind. Deliverables completed to the point of termination are provided to the client.

Yes. For project-based and retainer engagements, Arukah is willing to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to the commencement of work. This is standard practice and something we take seriously.
